1. WHO OPERATES FESTIVE ATLAS AND WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

Festive Atlas is a holiday and seasonal-attraction discovery product owned and operated by Quintari LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Quintari," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you use the Festive Atlas iPhone application (the "App"), visit https://festiveatlas.app (the "Website"), contact us, or interact with the publicly listed attraction information we provide. The App and Website are collectively called the "Services." Certain features described as potential future offerings are not part of the currently audited iPhone release and are not authorized by this Policy alone.

For privacy questions, access requests, correction or deletion requests, residential-location concerns, or media-rights complaints, contact support@quintari.io. We use the same monitored Quintari support address for all Festive Atlas matters; Festive Atlas has no separate support email domain.

2. APP VERSION 1.0 — WHAT WE DO AND DO NOT ASK FOR

The currently audited iPhone App is a public-discovery experience. You can explore approved public attraction listings and map-based information without creating an account or signing in. It does not provide in-app homeowner enrollment, attraction claiming, photo/video uploads, user-generated reviews, contests, purchases, subscriptions, messaging with other users, or ad targeting. Support and correction requests are handled through your own email application, not an in-app submission database.

The App does not ask for permission to access your device's GPS location, precise or approximate device location, camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, notifications or tracking. Map pins show coordinates of listed public places, not coordinates collected from your device. The App includes an interactive map supplied by Apple MapKit, which retrieves map data from Apple while that map is displayed. The region or state you choose is sent in a Firestore query to retrieve the relevant public listings; the holiday filter is applied on the device.

We have not integrated Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google advertising SDKs or a third-party advertising network into the audited release. These statements apply to the audited release, not to external apps you choose to open or future versions of Festive Atlas.

3. INFORMATION PROCESSED WHEN YOU BROWSE THE APP

Public listing requests. The App uses Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to request public attraction data and, if and when properly licensed listing images are available, Google Cloud Storage for Firebase to retrieve approved media. Requests may include the selected state or other discovery filters and ordinary network-routing information required to return the requested content.

Firebase diagnostic metadata. According to Google's Firebase disclosure, Firestore and Storage collect a Firebase user-agent bundle by default, including information about the device and operating system, App bundle identifier, and developer platform/SDK environment. Google states that this user agent is not linked to a user or device identifier and is used to understand Firebase platform and version adoption. We do not present this information as zero data collection. The Firebase Firestore SDK declares Other Diagnostic Data for Analytics in its Apple privacy manifest; the SDK identifies this information as not linked to users and not used for tracking. Quintari does not use these diagnostic records to create an advertising profile.

Network addresses. Like other online services, Firebase receives network connection information, which can include the IP address used to route a request. Quintari's production audit reported no Firebase Data Access logging configured and no Firestore access logs captured in the inspected 30-day period. This does not prove that Google's underlying network infrastructure never processes or retains technical request information. Google's independent processing and retention are subject to its applicable service documentation and agreements.

Apple MapKit and embedded map requests. When the App's built-in map is displayed, Apple's MapKit service supplies map imagery and geographic information and may process the visible map area's boundaries, map interactions, request time, device and software characteristics, and network information. This happens even if you do not open the separate Apple Maps application or tap the Directions action. Festive Atlas does not request your device's location permission. Apple's independent mapping data practices are described at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/apple-maps/.

On-device state and cache. The App may keep a local cache of publicly available attraction records as well as appearance and last-selected-state preferences on the device. These do not create a Quintari account or a personal browsing profile in Quintari's database. We do not claim that an external provider cannot infer information from ordinary network traffic.

4. INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SEND US

If you email support@quintari.io, the email and its attachments may contain your email address, display name or signature, message content, listing references, time of observation, images or other material you voluntarily provide. Our mail service, mail-delivery infrastructure, and personnel handling the request may process that correspondence for support, accuracy corrections, privacy and copyright matters, abuse prevention, and recordkeeping. Avoid emailing identity documents, precise residential coordinates, children's personal information, or other sensitive information unless we direct you to a secure method that is appropriate for the request.

Do not send photographs, videos or identifying details of a private home as an unsolicited nomination with an expectation of publication. A support email does not authorize Festive Atlas to list a private home, publish your media, or publicly identify its owner. A separate legally approved residential consent and media-license workflow must be active before we accept such submissions for publication.

5. WEBSITE VISITS AND PARTICIPATION PAGES

The Website at https://festiveatlas.app is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Its public pages include Home, About, Support, Download, Get Featured, Homeowner, Organizer, Suggest a Place and Nominate a Neighbor. The Homeowner, Organizer and Suggest pages explain that online submissions are not yet open and do not provide working submission forms. The Nominate a Neighbor page lets a visitor copy an invitation link without sending or storing a nomination. The deployed Website does not include account registration, advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or active website intake. Firebase Hosting and its delivery and security infrastructure may process ordinary request details, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time, to deliver and protect the Website. In the verified October 2026 deployment, the site does not set cookies and loads its fonts and images from its own host. These facts are release-specific and will be reassessed as the Website changes.

The three website intake forms have been developed for future use but are disabled in the public deployment. If activated later, they will collect additional information, require appropriate notices and consent, and may require revisions to this Policy before collection begins.

6. PUBLIC ATTRACTION INFORMATION; RESIDENTIAL PRIVACY

We publish factual information about independently verified public attractions, which may include the venue name, organization, published visitor entrance, official public dates, hours, price or ticket information when verified, website links, and status of a seasonal event. Factual venue data is not the same as a contributor's personal information or a license to republish copyrighted photographs.

We do not authorize publication of private residences merely because a third party suggests them or a public listing exists elsewhere. Before any future residential-listing feature launches, an authorized adult homeowner or resident must affirmatively approve that particular holiday-year's participation and choose its public location precision. General-area display is the intended default; precise residential map pins require a separate explicit choice. A precise pin may reveal a residence even when the street address is not printed. Private contact details, consent records and hidden location coordinates must remain restricted. Historic participation does not authorize a new active-season listing.

The audited App v1.0 does not expose a homeowner enrollment tool or a public residential-submission workflow. References in these paragraphs describe binding launch restrictions on future operations, not a claim that these features are currently available.

7. WHY WE USE INFORMATION

We process the limited information above to operate the Services, respond to the listings and filters you request, provide technical performance and compatibility diagnostics via our service provider, assist visitors, verify and correct public information, review privacy and rights complaints, prevent misuse, meet lawful obligations, and document requests and responses. We do not use the audited App's browsing data for cross-app advertising tracking, sell user profiles, or run an in-app targeted-advertising service. No statement in this Policy represents an assurance that the Services are free of all third-party network processing.

8. WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION

Google Firebase/Google Cloud. We use Firestore and, where images exist, Cloud Storage for Firebase to deliver public attraction data and media. Google's use of technical request information is described in its Firebase privacy and Apple-platform disclosures. Our company controls which content it makes public through Firebase database rules; public attraction facts are meant to be readable by anyone using the App.

Email provider. When you contact support@quintari.io, your email is delivered through Google Workspace and related email-delivery infrastructure. We process the correspondence to respond to requests and manage appropriate records.

Website hosting and domain. Google Firebase Hosting serves https://festiveatlas.app (and the Firebase-provided domain festiveatlas.web.app). The www.festiveatlas.app host redirects to the primary domain. Google and its delivery infrastructure may process necessary website requests. Porkbun manages the domain registration and DNS, but does not host the Website.

External destinations. Apple MapKit supplies the map shown within Festive Atlas, and embedded map requests involve Apple's mapping service as explained above. Separately, you may choose to open Directions in Apple Maps or another navigation provider, a venue's ticketing or website page in a browser, Apple's Share controls, or your email application. Those destinations have separate information practices and may request their own permissions. Festive Atlas does not independently access or transmit your device's precise GPS location to Quintari. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/apple-maps/ for the Apple mapping service's privacy description.

Legal and operational disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, protect users, investigate abuse, exercise or defend legal claims, or facilitate a lawful business transaction subject to required notice and protections. We do not grant prospective purchasers unlimited rights to private residential consent records or restricted user data merely because Festive Atlas could be sold.

9. RETENTION AND DELETION

Our current discovery-only App does not maintain user accounts or private browsing profiles in a Festive Atlas user database. Public listing data may be cached locally on the device, and the device may remember display and selected-region preferences. Public venue listings are maintained for as long as appropriate for current-season accuracy, historical records, and service operations; when seasons end, active-discovery publication is subject to the app's eligibility rules. Public listing suspension may preserve an internal factual audit trail without continuing to show the event as currently operating.

Support, privacy, correction and rights inquiries received through support@quintari.io are processed in Google Workspace. Quintari retains that correspondence while reasonably needed to provide assistance, manage legal and safety concerns, document verified permissions, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. No fixed automatic mailbox-deletion interval has been configured. Quintari will review correspondence and attachments for deletion or de-identification when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal-preservation obligations. Public-attraction research, verification and publication records may be retained for accuracy, accountability and investigation. Provider-managed network, security and audit information may have different retention periods that Quintari does not independently control. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information that Quintari controls by emailing support@quintari.io; we assess requests under applicable law and explain relevant exceptions or limitations.

10. PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS

You may browse the audited App without signing in or providing your name. The App does not seek your device location permission, so there is no location permission to revoke inside Festive Atlas. To report an inaccurate location or seek removal of information about yourself or property, email support@quintari.io and identify the relevant listing or issue. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to verification and applicable law.

We may request enough information to establish that a requester is authorized before disclosing or altering information, especially where a property or third party is involved. We will not demand unnecessary identity documents for a simple accuracy report. Different legal rights and response periods may apply depending on where you live. We will not discriminate unlawfully against people for exercising applicable privacy rights. If a jurisdiction requires a special appeal or agent procedure, we will follow the applicable process.

11. SECURITY

We use access controls and other proportionate operational safeguards to distinguish public attraction facts from restricted records. In the audited production state, Firestore rules restrict public access to approved, eligible listings and deny access to private or legacy collections; Cloud Storage does not permit public listing or reads while unlicensed media remains unavailable. Access controls, transport encryption and operational procedures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. We do not promise that online systems, email or third-party services are perfectly secure. Security procedures may evolve; material changes in how we handle personal data will be reviewed under this Policy.

12. CHILDREN

Festive Atlas helps people discover seasonal experiences and may be used by families, but is not presented as a service directed specifically to children under 13. The audited release has no personal account or user-upload function and does not intentionally solicit children's personal information. Adults should supervise children when visiting attractions and should not send children's sensitive information to support. If we discover personal information supplied by a child in circumstances requiring deletion or parental action, contact support@quintari.io. Any future child-directed features, user submissions or youth programs require their own legal and privacy review before launch.

13. UNITED STATES SERVICE; UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE

The initial service is intended for U.S. discovery. Other places' privacy laws may apply depending on usage and operations; we do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We will update this notice when actual practices or legal obligations materially change, post a revised effective date, and provide additional notice or consent where required. New tools such as in-app submissions, device-location features, accounts, analytics, advertisements, subscriptions and photo/video uploads will not be justified merely by the existence of this general Policy; their launch requires a specific privacy review.
